Job DescriptionTeam DAKS is looking for Assistant Manager's with empathy, self-awareness, and developed communication skills.
We know we have the skills to teach you how to make a great pizza but we need your skills to create an all-star team. Ideally this position is a steppingstone towards becoming a General Manager (GM), but we hope during your time with us you build the confidence to be successful personally and professionally.
Assistant Manager duties and responsibilities:
Assist in hiring and training of new team membersHelp the GM foster good store cultureDemonstrate understanding of running a store from open to closingCommunicate store goals to team members to provide excellent customer serviceHold team members accountable to the company policies and proceduresCount inventory and put away truck ordersPractice active listening to problem solvePerforms other duties as assignedSome of the qualifications and skills useful for an Assistant Manager are:
