PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK

At Checkers & Rally’s we serve the hardworking and often underestimated by serving our Franchisees, Company Operations, and Guests. As a member of both the Field Operations People Learning & Development team you will assist your General Manager, District Manager and New Restaurant Opening (NRO) Training Manager by executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profits goals, executing procedures and providing excellent Guest and Team service, leading & providing training through new restaurant openings and other training initiatives. Must have the ability to achieve target restaurant metrics, able to motive while having a contagious enthusiasm that strengthens our culture and brand.

YOU’VE GOT THIS ?

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)-Preferred1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)Food Safety Certified Microsoft Office and general systems experienceAbility to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and some holidays Ability to train in group settingsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to listen, ask the right questions, and understands needs of a traineeCommitment to our core values of having a heart for service and giving one hundred percent while operating with a can-do spirit Demonstrates restaurant business management and operations acumen Able to travel via, airplane of state, to assist in new restaurant opening training or with operations support as needed (Up to 60% of the time depending on seasonality and training support needs)
