Role: Assistant Manager

Pay (not including bonus potential): $40000 - $45000 per year

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and directing daily restaurant operations, contributing to the success and vibrant atmosphere of our establishment.

What You Will Do:

As a key member of our team, you will:

Lead and direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General ManagerSupervise and train employeesAssist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of Crew MembersMotivate and coach Crew MembersAssist in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, ordering, and team developmentEnsure compliance with safety and security policiesMaintain fast, accurate service and an excellent customer experiencePerform various tasks including runner/frontline coordinator, order taker/dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks, and cashierComplete other duties as necessary

What You Bring to the Table:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic math, computer, and internet skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsThe ability to be flexible and adapt in any situationAble to stand for long periods on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperaturesAble to lift supplies and materialsHigh School diploma or equivalent is required1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment is preferredProven track record of leadership or managerial skills is preferred
