As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be an important member of the team and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. An Assistant Manager's responsibilities are to supervise and train team members, maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensure customer satisfaction and implement quality improvements. A qualified candidate must also have a High School diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. The position requires one to stand up for 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds. This position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
