What will you do as an Assistant Manager?

As an Assistant Manager, you will inspire and support your team to provide our guests with delicious food served fast and friendly in a clean, safe, and inviting facility and meet company goals. This includes providing positive leadership and constant coaching and training to your team to:

Accurately and efficiently take and prepare guest ordersCleanly and safely manage and prep foodClean and maintain restaurant equipment, facilities, and premisesFollow Arby’s policies and proceduresUse computers, telephones, and other equipmentWork as a team to meet company goals and service standards in a fast-paced environmentCalmly resolve customer and employee issues

Other examples include:

Maintaining adequate staffing levels by assisting in the preparation of weekly team schedules as well as interviewing and hiring new team membersAssisting in inventory ordering and control

 

What qualifications do we require?

Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurantServSafe Certified or become ServSafe Certified before you finish instore trainingAbility to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidaysReliable and punctual attendanceAbility to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.Satisfactory background checkDriver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving recordAt least 18 years oldDrive for personal and professional growth and successWillingness to work hard, have fun, and do what it takes to get it done!
