Baskin-Robbins in O'Fallon, MO is looking for one assistant manager to join our team. We are located on 512 S Main Street, O'Fallon MO. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Providing high-quality products and customer service to our great customersEnsuring adequate ice cream and dry goods are stockedSupervising day-time serversEnsuring the store's high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintainedEnsuring that registers are accurately countedMust be able to work Monday-Friday and can work additional weekend shifts if desiredShifts begin at 10:00A.M. and end around either 5:00P.M. or 6:00P.M.

Qualifications

Previous management experience or experience managing a small team is desired but not necessaryMust be able to work in an environment that can be both slow-paced and extremely fast pacedMoney handling experience is desiredPrevious food-handling experience is also desired but not necessary
