If you’ve got a flair for fun and are looking for a great team to work with, we want YOU! *Wage: *$40,000-$50,000/year *Years of Experience Required:*  1 *Job Description: * *     JOB PURPOSE:*     The primary purpose of this position is to Inspire Legendary Experiences for Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively managing all sports bar operations in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.     *JOB FUNCTIONS: * * Overseeing daily operations on a shift by shift basis * Provide support and direction to hourly Team Members in the Front of House & Back of House * Develop and coach team members to help to build sales and profits * Recruit, interview, & hire hourly Team Member candidates * Create hourly Team Member work schedules  * Additional responsibilities assigned by the General Manager or Director of Operations     *JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: * * Knowledge of restaurant operations & maintaining operating standards * Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred * Utilize excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW Guests & Team Members * Strong skills in time management and organization, with excellent attention to detail * Ability to take direction and execute team/company objectives * Basic computer & mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately * Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems * Basic knowledge of Google platforms * Conflict management skills, analytical skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to anticipate, recognize and solve Guest issues * Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time including sitting, standing, lifting and bending    * PHYSICAL DEMANDS: *The physical demands for this position are stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
