Scope of Responsibilities:
Provides direct supervision to store employees in the absence of Store Manager. Assists Store Manager in training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies
ResponsibilitiesJob Duties:
Ability to fulfill all duties listed for Customer Experience Advocate and Customer Experience Supervisor Assist in the training of employees Assist in the assignment of duties and scheduling of staff to insure payroll and productivity budget guidelines are met Assist in the management and balancing of the store inventory to insure maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needsEnsure in-store technology is being used to its fullest potential to insure a maximum return on investment of the technology and life span. Participate in the communication of corporate goals to all store personnelEnsure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all timesEnsure all Loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss PreventionImplement and execute all corporate marketing, advertising and promotional programs May assist in the collections and management of all Kinney House ChargeReceive all orders, follow handling requirements and insure timely shelf placement for Kinney Warehoused merchandise and DirectStore Delivery (DSD) merchandise Implement all Standards of Presentations (SOP), and Merchandise presentation guidelines in a timely fashionInterface with various auditors, inspectors, vendors and outside agencies in the absence of Store ManagerEnsure the physical plant is maintained to protect customer and employee safetyPerform all store clerk duties as neededResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs QualificationsEducation:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDPreferred: AS Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or related fieldExperience:
Preferred: 1 or more years previous experience in Merchandising or related fieldSpecial Conditions of Employment
Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionCompensation:
$36,254.40 - $39,642.67 per year
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
