ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.Responsible for ordering and stocking of vendingEffectively provide training to new hiresAble to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the teamProfessionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner. Able to create an effective schedule. Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system) Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings. Assist with on-site Supervisor CoursesSupervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.Leadership and communication skills including active listening.Experience with team buildingExcellent sales and customer service skillsAbility to anticipate customer needsProficient computer skillsStrong work ethics and professional attitude

EXPERIENCE:

Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday. Use of hands; reach with hands and arms. Climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel.The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions.The employee must be able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
