Key Responsibilities:Assist and support the Move Team Manager in leading and supporting the Move Team Supervisors and frontline employees, to ensure the optimal and safe performance of the Move Team functionEnsure supervisors and frontline employees are equipped, qualified and prepared to perform their jobsLead and develop a team of supervisors, by providing mentorship and support, as they manage the performance of frontline employees and the Move Team functionWork closely with various departments to ensure operational integrityAssist in all areas of the operation and provide leadership as neededWorking with the Manager of the SOC Move Team, ensure regulatory compliance, including audits and briefingsManage and lead all aspects of the overall Move Team function and performanceLead and direct a team of Move Team supervisors in meeting local and divisional goalsSupport and engage frontline employees in delivering a safe, dependable, and efficient operationLiaise with various divisions and station personnel to provide outstanding performanceConduct safety audit and briefings, and ensure regulatory and training complianceVarious collateral assignments and other related responsibilities as assigned by the managerInvestigate and support supervisors in investigating, workplace concerns and policy violations.United values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
