Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Minneapolis. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance.

Assist in managing daily operations and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflowCollaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and proceduresTrain, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performanceMonitor and maintain high standards of customer serviceResolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely mannerAssist in creating staff schedules and managing payrollContribute to inventory management and stock controlParticipate in budget planning and cost-saving initiativesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and security regulationsAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performanceAssist in organizing and conducting team meetings and training sessions
