Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Minneapolis. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance.
Assist in managing daily operations and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflowCollaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and proceduresTrain, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performanceMonitor and maintain high standards of customer serviceResolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely mannerAssist in creating staff schedules and managing payrollContribute to inventory management and stock controlParticipate in budget planning and cost-saving initiativesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and security regulationsAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performanceAssist in organizing and conducting team meetings and training sessionsQualifications2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteOutstanding time management and organizational capabilitiesCustomer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goalsAnalytical skills to interpret sales data and implement performance improvement strategiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
