•   Manage and oversee the operation of anode furnaces and casting equipment
•   Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all production activities
•   Optimize furnace and casting processes to maximize production efficiency
•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues
•   Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives for furnace and casting operations
•   Train and mentor junior team members on furnace and casting best practices
•   Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of furnace and casting equipment
•   Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
•   Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Education Qualification
•   Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field

Certification Required
•   Valid certification in metallurgical operations or smelter management

Experience
•   8+ years of experience in the Copper and Metal industry
•   Proven expertise in smelter operations
•   Demonstrated experience in anode furnace and casting processes
