To Apply for this Job Click Here A loan servicing company in East Austin is looking to bring on an experienced Assistant Manager to support their team. This role requires someone with a strong background in finance or loan services who can lead by example while performing customer service representative (CSR) duties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an assistant manager or manager within the finance or loan industry. This is an onsite role M-F 8am-5pm and pay is flexible depending on experience. Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and assist in managing the team.Perform all CSR duties, including customer inquiries, processing applications, and resolving concerns.Support and enforce company policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating team members.Contribute to achieving branch goals and managing performance metrics.Handle escalated issues and provide excellent customer service.Qualifications:Experience required: Prior role as an assistant manager or manager in the finance or loan industry.Proficiency in managing teams and leading daily operations.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
