Assistant Manager

As an IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support and assistance to end-users and clients Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and applications Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address IT needs Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights Monitoring IT infrastructure and proactively addressing potential issues Documenting IT processes, procedures, and system configurations Conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance and security Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives Providing training and guidance to users on IT-related matters Experience 5-10 years of experience in the IT service industry Demonstrated experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting IT issues Proven track record of maintaining IT infrastructure and systems Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications in IT support and systems administration are preferred Certification Required
