Job Description
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for management of the day to day operation of Front Office, telephones and night audit functions. Other responsibilities include providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintaining accurate guest accounts and providing accurate, helpful information, assisting in the management of the hotel in the absence of senior management, regular liaising with other departments ensuring requests are completed quickly, prioritizing guests needs

Your skills and experience include:
A thorough knowledge of Front Office OperationsExcellent communication skillsThe ability to exceed guest expectationsMinimum 2 years experience in Front Office in a medium to large hotel.Flexibility of availability e.g. Weekends and Public Holidays. AM, PM and Night shiftsMust have a managers certificateExperience with Opera system preferredExcellent spoken and written EnglishAdditional Information
