Assistant Manager
Gibbs Oil Company LP is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team at our convenience store locations. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining store standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting the manager with all aspects of store operations, managing inventory, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and handling administrative duties such as daily reports and paperwork. Requirements Position Requirements: + Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with cash handling and inventory management. + Capability to maintain store cleanliness and organization. + Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. + Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team. + Ability to complete required paperwork accurately and on time. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. + Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to perform necessary driving tasks for the company.
