Assistant Manager-Accounts Receivables

Key Responsibilities:

1. Intercompany monthly invoices preparation, generation and submission

2. Credit Management

3. Management and maitenance of Customer Master data

4. Preparation and submission of Proforma invoice

5. Monitor outstanding invoice and follow up with customers (third party and intercompany) for timely collection

6. Generates regular reports on account receivable ageing, cash collections and other relevant metrics

7. Debit/Credit notes preparation, generation and submission

8. Customer account balance reconcilliation

9. Work closely with sales team and customers for collection

10. Preparation of Bank guarantees, Letter of Credit, documents through bank

11. Uploading of Invoices and relevant documents at Customer Portal

12. Work closely with cross functional teams for invoice submission to customer

13. Support to the Internal, Group and Statutory Audit

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting , finance or related field

2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

3. Experience in accounts receivables including knowledge of invoicing and collection procedures

4. Excellent organisation and time management skill

5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

6. Good communication skill

7. Proficient in MS office and SAP
