Assistant Manager Qualifications

Skills - Assist the Customer Experience Specialists team with the application and sales process and handle escalated customer complaints. Bilingual - English and Spanish Driver´s License - valid with a clean record Open schedule - willing to work long hours and weekends Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience - 1 year of experience in a supervisory/management role is highly preferred and 3 + years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

Interview, hire, and train the Customer Experience Specialists. Along with the General Manager, conduct team meetings and one-on-ones with team members to monitor performance and establish goals. Ensure the appropriate utilization of the AutoMas system, making sure the complete documentation for the loan application process is uploaded correctly and that notes and deal terms were submitted appropriately. Provide an excellent experience to our customers, during and after the sales process. Build relationships with customers
