Train the operator for specified machine operation. Ensure the availability of machine operators as per the production plan Ensure & train operators on shop floor etiquette and safe work practices. ensure the availability of BOM & consumables items at the respective cluster area Ensure 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke and safety in the respective area Ensure the daily check items are met as per the daily check sheet before start of every shift production Drive QCC projects for operation improvements Ensure the machine readiness and correct process for operations as per SOP  Ensure the control of machines or adjusting machine settings within the allowed limits as per the instructions Collect the production data, analyse and present as per the plan  Plan for Work-In-Progress (WIP) materials for succeeding stages  Collect WIP materials from preceding stages Monitor the equipment to ensure proper function throughout the production process and machine monitoring and maintenance Set up and adjust machines, and monitor them for unusual noises or movements or abnormality  Test or measure or verify or check product(s) quality to ensure that they meet specifications  Maintain production / process / quality and equipment related statistics / metrics and production log book Align with co-workers, supervisors, engineers and managers to ensure that the results of their activities meet as per the expectations. Escalate to the responsible in charge as per the escalation management in case abnormalities in the line Handle multi-tasking / multi skilling to operate single or multi processes whenever required or asked Maintain OEE  / SPC data collection as instructed by the SOPs Prepare and maintain MIS for production

Education - B.E. / B.Tech. 

Experience -  3 to 6 Yrs. in Mfg. Industry
