You’ll make a difference by:

You will be responsible for creating systematic project plans, implementing the defined measures and managing the allocated budget on your own and, depending on the project, in close coordination with internal and external partners. You support with the planning and execution of internal events.You will lead or support GBS ASP Communications projects, draw up communication plans and ensure their implementation.You participate in the further development of the GBS ASP Communications community and ensure that strategic topics and thought leadership are communicated consistently throughout the organization.You develop and generate appealing content and target group-oriented stories, topics and derive messages from them, which you bring to the target group in an integrated multimedia approach - in doing so, you master external social media channels professionally.You are part of a team that works together with internal and external stakeholders on new formats and ideas for our communications portfolio.As part of the editorial team, you will actively shape the GBS media landscape. You will develop content and texts that can be used in a variety of ways worldwide. Always adding value to our Business. You will work closely with the head of GBS ASP communication and help shape the content and content strategy to tell compelling and exciting stories.In collaboration with the teams, you will create a powerful content analysis program and content KPIs.You will ensure a consistent and continuous communication to the organization with an integrated communications approach – driving relevant local topics to support the businesses and culture within the organization and actively bring in new ideas, formats and topics of interest..

Your success is grounded in:

You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on communication or similar with a strong affinity for marketing and already have solid experience in the topics mentioned as well as in project management specific to corporate communications, including budget.You have an experience in strategic communication, planning and stakeholder management.You have an experience in employee communications and drive employee engagement activities proactively and in an engaging manner.You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.You have a passion and practical experience in content creation and ability to translate information into compelling messaging and narratives, the capability to create visual content (video or images) is a plus.You know how to develop the assets for a product launch and ensure their implementation and how to manage the process of agency pitches in line with the business and project-specific visions.You show commitment and creativity and can adapt to the different requirements of our customers. You convince us with your cooperative work in a team.You are agile and take ownership of challenges and ideas looking to develop the ability to drive and lead change.You are fluent in English language skills, both verbal and written (mandatory), and additional languages are a plus.Full proficiency in Office 365 solutions, including PowerPoint.
