Assistant Manager - Company Secretary
Manage and oversee the process of resolutions for financing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Handle the pledging of shares, including documentation, communication with relevant stakeholders, and adherence to legal guidelines. Facilitate director requirements and meetings as per the Companies Act, including preparation of agendas, coordination with board members, and documentation of minutes. Assist in maintaining statutory registers, filings, and other secretarial compliances as per the applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to support corporate governance initiatives and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures. Provide support in drafting, reviewing, and updating legal and secretarial documents as required. Participate in board meetings, preparing and distributing necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Assist in the organization and execution of annual general meetings and other company-related events.

Company Secretary qualification is mandatory.
