GENERAL PURPOSE
At adidas, we believe in creating meaningful connections with our consumers, and as an Assistant Manager CRM Campaign Communications, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through personalized email and push notification campaigns.
This is more than just getting campaigns out the door – it’s about delivering them in the most engaging and impactful way possible. You’ll work at the heart of CRM marketing, making sure our messaging is not only on time but also aligns with adidas’ brand standards and resonates with our European consumers.
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for digital marketing, a sharp eye for detail and a data-driven mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver Best-In-Class CRM Campaigns
Own the executuion of personalized email and app push notication campaigns. Support the end-to-end process of campaign creation, from briefing to launch. Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling email and push notification content. Work with external agencies to ensure campaigns are flawlessly executed and on schedule. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Optimize & improve engagement
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance email and push notification campaigns. Run A/B tests to refine content, timing and targeting strategies. Gather feedback from stakeholders and contribute to a backlog of improvements. Document and implement best practices for campaign execution.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment. Basic knowledge in respective domain (e.g. CRM, email & PN marketing, Consumer Engagement, etc.). Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies. HTML knowledge and audience segmentation experience is a plus!
Soft Skills
Quick adaptability in a fast-moving business environment. Strong communication & negotiation skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign performance.
Hard Skills
Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies. Project management and project monitoring experience is a plus. Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (LEAN, 6Sigma, etc…) is a plus. Fluent English (written and verbal).
