Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase our real estate projects
Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with overall business goals
Collaborate with external event agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events within specified budgets and timelines
Develop and maintain event calendars, budgets, and post-event evaluation reports
Ensure effective utilization of social media and digital platforms for event promotions and audience engagement
Manage on-site event logistics, including set-up, attendee registration, and overseeing event activities
Provide post-event analysis and feedback to management for continuous improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and impact of events
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
