**Position:** Assistant Manager – Factory Finance & Control **Position Snapshot:** **Place of work** : Nestlé Lanka - Kurunegala Factory **Area** : Finance & Control **Position Summary:** Reporting to the Head of Internal Control, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliant operations across the factory by ensuring robust internal control framework are set and maintained in all departments **A day in the life of the role:** + Develop and implement required Internal Controls in different processes across all divisions in the Factory. + Actively participate in closing identified non-compliances in the Factory and ensuring robust gap review mechanism is available in department level and well as in overall divisional level. + Conduct periodical Internal Control and audit reviews in line with the internal control plans. + Review and implement IACL across different departments in the Division. + Ensure regular follow up of the Nestlé Internal Audit recommendations and support respective departments in sustainable closure of previous audit gaps. + Develop/train departmental internal control representatives in order to uplift the internal control status in respective departments + Carryout investigations to strengthen the Internal Control framework **What will make you successful?** + **Education:** A degree in Business Management/ Finance and relevant full professional qualification such as CIMA/ ACCA/ CA. MBA will be an added advantage + **Expected** **experience:** minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Auditing + **Language** **skills** : Fluency in English and Sinhala + **Other** **skills** : Possess good technical and analytical skills, stakeholder management, adaptability, initiative and problem-solving skills We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
