We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our newly established Reece Fire business unit in Penrith.

The Reece Fire business unit is focused on expanding our market share by working closely with fire contractors, including sprinkler fitters, maintenance and safety contractors, and other fire service professionals.

We are seeking a candidate with, industry knowledge, and a passion for business growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored customer service to support and grow client relationships.Manage staff operations, workplace health and safety (OHS/WHS), and compliance.Take ownership of customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and sales development.Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels for efficiency.Maintain high standards of branch presentation and service quality.Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

About You:

Strong business acumen and a focus on customer and sales growth.Background in the fire industry (preferred but not essential).Experience in people management and working effectively within a team.Ability to work autonomously and lead with professionalism.Current driver’s licence (Forklift licence preferred).
