-Previous experience in a similar role with proven experience of Employee performance management and soft skills training requirements.
-Previous experience - 2 years flying as Cabin Crew OR endorsed as LCC (Preferred)
-Effective written and oral communication skills in Business English.
-Proven analytical skills.
-Expertise in Ms Excel, (Data representation through graph)
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision,
