Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Provide leadership and guidance to HSE teams, fostering a culture of safety, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement. Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning, design, and implementation. Champion employee training and awareness programs on HSE practices, emergency response, and environmental protection. Prepare and present HSE reports, metrics, and performance indicators to senior management and regulatory authorities. Stay updated on evolving HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends to ensure proactive compliance and risk management. Experience 5-10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management within the City Gas Distribution industry. Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing HSE initiatives, programs, and compliance activities. Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective/preventive actions. Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification in HSE management is preferred.
