Key responsibilities:Objective of role is to review and track Federal Aviation regulations within the operation to reduce risk. Conduct investigations related to violations and collaborate with the safety and process team on compliance risks and process improvements for mitigation purposes.
To ensure compliance within the daily Scheduling operation Review and update all FAR legalitiesInvestigate FAR violations and work closely with Inflight Safety and Corporate Safety teams for voluntary disclosure processesOversee performance and development for a team of Crew SchedulersTrack records of all FAR violations, overseeing status and creating process improvementsPartner with Process Quality and Training (PQT) and automation teams to mitigate compliance risks through education and technological enhancementsThere’s never been a more exciting time to join United Airlines.
