Responsibilities:
Take ownership for New Hire Training Knowledge Management
Timely effective pre- process process trainings
Ensure100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, update dissemination, error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
Adherence to Genpact business training common minimum practices
Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices
Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications:
Any graduate except B. Tech and Technical Graduation Law
Relevant experience in Customer Service Claims backend operations experience in Life Insurance
Preferred-prior Transitions/ knowledge transfer experience/engagement to enable smooth knowledge capture/ transfer
Preferred skills:
Proven work experience preferred in Customer Service backend operations experience in Life Insurance
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Proactive communication High analytical skills – should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
