Our Assistant Manager position is someone in training to become a store General Manager. The Assistant Manager will work through the four levels of our Management in Training program and earn a pay raise at each level completed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to meet the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiples times per shiftAbility to continually perform repetitive tasks and full range of motion; Bending, turning, twisting, reaching, etc.Ability to carry, push and pull objects related to the preparation and serving of foodMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for duration of shiftEnvironmental Factors/Working ConditionsHigh noise levels due to operations, customers and overhead musicWill work near moving or mechanical parts
