About The Team

This Job Role is part of Job Family "Production-Engineering and Technical Support" / Sub-Job-Family "Maintenance" and includes jobs for preventative and corrective maintenance of manufacturing and testing equipment as well as the in-time repair of products returned from customer.
Details to this Role will be provided with the roll-out of the global job architecture.

Your Tasks

Overall plant Maintenance. Monitoring and analysis for Breakdown, usage of maintenance tools for KPI tracking. Preventive, Predictive maintenance planning and adherence. Fluent in Maintenance of CNC, VMC, SPM, Conveyor system, MHEs, hydraulic & pneumatic press. Understanding of Maintenance of Electrical system will be additive. Establish and Follow requirement of ISO/ TS 16949, OHSAS, EMS` system within department. Understand and start executing internal standard processes quickly. Modification of hydraulics system, pneumatic system and fixtures as per process point of view. Fluent in handling Hydraulic & pneumatic circuits. Must have knowledge in Direction control Valve-mainly Rexroth & Eton, vicker and its subcomponents. Maintenance of CNC, hydraulic presses, VMC, pneumatic presses, assembly lines, SPM welding machines & fixtures, e.g., spindle, turret alignment, hydraulic machine breakdowns Knowledge of measurements up to microns, master in preparing mechanical drawings of machine parts. Machine alignments, read all micron gauges. Must have fluent knowledge in fittings, drill, tap, reamer, threads, backlash. Experience with Schuler, GMJ, BEMCO hydraulics presses & Tox make Pneumo hydraulics presses servo presses will be add on. Daily activities: day energy readings, utility readings, update in hard as well soft copy. Also, should work on daily breakdown monitoring system with data entry & analysis. Active participation in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, planning with execution & adhere to in given time frame. Drive 5’s, Kaizen, monthly spares monitoring, update maintenance logbook daily. Understand the given task clearly, act on it and same time give correct feedback to managers.

Your profile 

 Education B.E. / diploma, Abilities - Handle multiple breakdowns, Team building.  Professional Certification-Training certificate in hydraulics & pneumatic circuits. Experience - 8 to 10 Years  Use systematic way to attend all type of breakdowns and follow the same procedure on day-to-day activity, must be able to read all circuit diagrams. Master Pneumatics & hydraulic breakdowns & its   circuitry, its maintenance and modification. Maintenance of utility e.g., generator, compressor, STP & ETP, RO plant.  Familiar with maintenance system-Breakdown, Effective PM planning & execution, Uptime, MTTR, MTBF, WHY-WHY analysis, 8D, Annual shutdown pm activity etc.  Knowledge of 5S, Safety, Poka-yoke, kaizen, Low-Cost Automation, TPM, Internal & external Audit documentation etc.
