What You'll Do: 
As an Assistant Manager - Marketing Insights, you would be responsible for generating market insights covering products, competitors, geographies, businesses, macroeconomic indicators using various sources of research. This work will also support business strategy development and execution for IMEA (India, Middle-East and Africa)

 

What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):  

•    Leverage internal and external sources to collect and analyze data to identify market trends, opportunities and risks
•    Monitor competitor activities, developments on products, economic trends and developments across application segments of Lubrizol to provide leadership with insights and recommendations
•    Develop market forecasts by using statistical techniques and market data to forecast business trends and market demand for the company's products
•    Prepare detailed intelligence reports and presentations by presenting findings and recommendations to different stakeholders
•    Develop competition evaluation reports to draw insights from their competencies, market positioning and growth opportunities
•    Develop dashboards for the leadership to monitor various indicators and support business decisions
•    Support strategy development and execution in-line with market understanding
•    Work across local and global business and functional teams to understand and implement best practices

 

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    5-7 years of experience post MBA in Strategy / Consulting / Business Analyst / Market Research
•    Experience in market size estimations, industry analysis and business plan generation preferred
•    Expertise in various tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI is essential
•    Ability to deliver time bound results with minimum supervision
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
