•    Responsible for Planned Maintenance of 1.5GW Module Lines.
•    Ensuring equipment up-time and fitness.
•    Making MIS /reports about the machine availability and issues.
•    Closely work on the issues and resolve those quickly to avoid production loss.
•    Problem solving approach using QC tools
•    Improving OEE/Productivity/Safety/MTTR & MTBF, TPM Activities 
•    Development of localisation & alternate spare parts
•    Knowledge of machine design and optimise the m/c break down through design change.
•    Innovative ideas for solving critical problems.
•    Ensuring of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S, Suggestion, TPM
•    Optimum utilization of available resources.
•    Hands-on on SAP-PM module.

Educational Qualification: M.Tech. / BE / B.Tech.

Experience:  4-8 Years
