As subject matter experts in Plasma Operations & Quality Management, the Assistant Manager, Operational Support educates Center Leadership by preparing and delivering a comprehensive range of training through the Pinnacle training program. Facilitate integrated training and needs assessments. You will report to the Sr. Center Manager.
This position is located onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
The Role Conduct Pinnacle center leadership training program content by classroom facilitation and individual instruction. Present training material covering a range of technical and management areas within Operations and Quality Management. Demonstrate tasks and observe trainees.Subject matter expert in managing operations and quality in a plasma center. Knowledgeable of SOPs, including state specific requirements. Provide advice and coaching to support leadership development and enhance skill capability.Assess employee training progress through a variety of methods including observation, surveys and employee interviews. Revises or recommends changes to training methods. Make decisions that affect employee training plan and training progression.Develop training content for Pinnacle training program. Coordinate with several CSL Plasma Departments, including TL&D, to ensure that content meets organizational needs. Recommend enhancements to training program content, course design, technology and instructional methods to achieve training goals.Prepare and demonstrate training in simulated and live center environment. Identifying opportunities to train on the fly as the situation occurs. Create scenarios in DMS training site. Coordinate with the host center leadership to collaborate on upcoming training opportunities within the live environment. Adjusting schedule as needed.Communicate training status and trainee needs to leadership team and recommend developmental activities needed.Assess trainee preparedness to attend Pinnacle on-site training by using Plateau reports. Bachelor's Degree preferred, OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experienceExperience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a training or education role within a technical or healthcare environment preferred, OR equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 1 year experience in Plasma Operations or Quality managementExperience conducting training in a group settingExperience conducting training using training techniquesProficient at providing assistance and directing managers to resolve problems#LI-Onsite
