Qualifications: Required: + Typically has the education associated with a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in ticket or box office environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in a related field (i.e. inventory management, performing arts, business management). + Experience with database management and understanding of associated software and hardware. + Working knowledge of cash/credit card management principles and procedures. + Excellent organizational, communication and team building skills with effective time management skills. + Demonstrated successful employee development/performance management skills and effective supervisory skills to include training, organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments as well as building a cooperative work environment. + Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures in order to provide operational effectiveness. + Working knowledge of customer service procedures and principles. Preferred: + Experience in a performing arts ticket or box office environment. + Experience with Paciolan ticketing software.
