Reports To: Sales Enablement and Operational Efficiency Manager
The Assistant Manager Partnership Operations sits under the Customer Relationship & Retail Department in Cathay will be responsible for supporting the Sales Enablement and Operations Efficiency Manager by overseeing partnerships operations, managing partners from onboarding to offboarding. You will be also responsible for ensuring data accuracy in internal systems, and supporting administrative tasks from the Partnership & Business Development teams both in and outside of Hong Kong.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage sales order management system, including contract archival and data management in SAP, Customer Loyalty System (CLS), and other internal systemsEnsure data accuracy and readiness by supervising the setup of customer profiles, sales order data reconciliation, data integration, and data cleansing in SAP, CLS, and other internal systemsMonitor monthly closing processes to ensure the readiness of sales orders in
SAP systemSupport Finance Department on sales billing issues such as invoice and credit note issuance and handling of overdue paymentsCoordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to resolve operations-related issues, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.Provide feedback on the formulation and implementation of effective operations workflows and processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Supervise and mentor team members, provide guidance and floor support to facilitate team members in daily operations. Manage and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Anticipate escalation and handle complex partnership, mileage or system related inquiry or case investigationPerform other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectivesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of operational experience in sales operations or sales support, experience in finance operations is a valuable additionStrong analytical skills for data management and reconciliationProficiency in MS Office is essential, while knowledge of the SAP and CLS system is a plusMature with excellent interpersonal and people management skillsAbility to manage, train, and motivate staffStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsGood organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience in a multinational work environment is an advantageGood command of written and spoken English and CantonesePersonal & Application Information
