Join our dynamic Presales Center of Excellence team where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global presales activities. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Enablement Member to lead our training programs, streamline processes, and harness innovative AI tools and automation to elevate our presales capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and continuously improve training and certification programs tailored for the presales team. Facilitate comprehensive induction processes for new team members ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with our strategic goals. Generate strategic content that enhances our presales processes and methodologies. Implement and refine presales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness across global operations. Monitor performance metrics and conduct analyses to identify areas for enhancement in presales activities. Serve as a support hub for the global presales team, assisting with diverse initiatives and challenges. Actively explore and advocate for the adoption of next-generation AI tools and automation to enhance presales functions.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field. 1-2 years of experience in the IT software industry, preferably in a presales or related role. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to generate solutions and maintain a consultative demeanor. Proactive, "Go-Getter" attitude with a readiness to take on new challenges and drive results. Openness to explore and integrate cutting-edge AI tools and automation into daily operations. Knowledge of software's like Make.com / automation software, ChatGPT, JIRA, Salesforce, Video Editors, AI BOT's, Call Analytics like Chorus / Avoma will be an added advantage
