Assistant Manager-Projects

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Real Estate sector

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Monitor project progress and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status, including key milestones, budget utilization, and potential risks

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Master's degree or MBA in Project Management or related discipline (preferred)
