Accountablities Major Activities Project ExecutionMonitoring overall Project Progress ensuring timely delivery and overseeing all the aspect of Construction works on site.
Managing the cashflow of the project
Coordination between various contractors of various specializations
Q & HSEEnsure compliance with quality specification and ISO Procedures
Ensuring all the activity are carried out with utmost safety.
Project ControlCoordinate and manage Technical Teams, Contractors, Vendors, Supervisors
Responsible for project schedule and tracking, including reviewing and approving catch-up plans
Control of project variations and approvals
Deviation of the critical activities to avoid delay without cost implication
Contracts and BillingShall be responsible to coordinate for PO, SO, variations, invoicing, payment and contract closure.
Will be accountable for variation justifications and approvals
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering (required)Experience:
Preferred experience Finishes/ Commercial/ Building/ Infra works with exposure in all facets of a project. 4 to 6 years
