Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As an Assistant Manager Promotions Operations at adidas you are accountable for the digital execution of promotional activations across our European adidas brand. You will partner with your major stakeholders such as Brand Activation and Marketing Partnerships to execute their discount and voucher strategy on both .com and the app. You are tasked to manage incoming demand whilst balancing the workload coming to your team. You thrive on delivering high quality output within set timelines. And if a system or process holds you back from delivering your activations, you always tend to find new and creative ways how to optimize the status quo and always keep the communication transparent towards your stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the on time and in full execution of promotions across .com and app Ownership of management reporting on operational KPI health Be the main counterpart for Brand Activation, Partnership Marketing and Consumer Service for day-to-day operations and oversee execution with quality in given timelines Assess the existing tooling / processes to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements Represent market demand for promotions management with Global Product Ownership, IT Operations and Consumer Experience. Drive prioritization and implementation of demands to achieve maximum business impact and efficiency Define optimization and requirements / criteria for improved consumer experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good communication skills, comfortable presenting KPIs to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
Hard-Skills
Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies Experience with Talon One and JIRA is a plus Expert knowledge of digital IT products and capabilities Fluent in English both verbally and written
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of experience working within an eCommerce environment Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels Experience in managing the implementation / running of campaign delivery is a plus
