THE JOB:

Step into the fast-paced world of Express Gourmet at Aria, where your leadership will drive exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets, including Starbucks, Posh Burger, and Patisserie Express. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage a dynamic team, and ensure that our guests leave with WOW memories they’ll cherish long after their visit.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supervise and support front-of-house operations across multiple outlets during high-volume shifts

Coach and mentor employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency

Address guest issues, process refunds, and manage voids promptly and professionally

Oversee scheduling, payroll, and nightly recaps for upper leadership to ensure seamless operations

Order supplies and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels for all outlets

Ensure adherence to operational standards, including cleanliness, compliance, and organization

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Minimum of two years of experience in the food and beverage industry within a restaurant, poolside venue, quick-service restaurant, coffee house, or a similar dining environment

Prior experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement

High-volume restaurant management or supervisory experience is preferred

Previous Starbucks supervisory experience is desirable

Strong listening skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
