Position Objective:This position works collaboratively with the Branch Manager in providing leadership to the branch through efficient daily operations in all areas of rental operations. Primary Responsibilities:Ensure all branch personnel operate safely and adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures. Partners with the branch leadership to ensure optimized branch efficiency through resource allocation of personnel, finances, and inventory. This includes providing leadership to all aspects of sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and administrative support.Lead and coach all branch personnel (sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, logistics, and administrative support) to make decisions to achieve company goals and improve customer satisfaction.Responsible for the branch’s showroom and yard appearance to ensure top level aesthetics for the branchOversees customer billings and contract compliance. Performs various ad-hoc and routine reporting daily, weekly, and monthly.May perform counter, dispatch, and other responsibilities as requested by management. Supervisory Responsibilities:Ensures compliance with established corporate standards. Oversees day to day operations of the location. Reviews and evaluates the work and performance of reporting employees. Has significant input regarding hiring and disciplining employees. Position Requirements: Required:Associate Degree in related field (Business Management, Marketing, Finance) or equivalent skills and experience 2 years or more experience in the equipment rental industry or similar management experience.Basic understanding of construction equipment, the construction industry, and the product market.Preferred:Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Business Management, Marketing, Finance)4 years or more of experience in the equipment rental industry.In depth knowledge of various construction equipment (Caterpillar, JLG, Genie, Kubota, etc.) All MacAllister Machinery companies are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, including Disabled and Veteran applicants.
