Assistant Manager Risk Stewardship Process Optimization

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Risk Stewardship Process Optimization

Principal responsibilities

To support 2Line Of Defence stakeholders in stewardship tasks across activities like Trigger Event, Continuous Monitoring Plans, Path to green (PTG), (RCA) reviews.To proactively identify key emerging RC risks across all RC categories and interface appropriately with risk stewards and senior management.Escalate key stakeholder issues in an effective way to ensure timely resolution.Provide recommendations to stakeholders around Risk, control, Issue and Action profiles end to end to improve risk management.Oversight on Risk Steward Support Generic mailbox and mails to be actioned and responded promptly. Effective collaboration across the HSBC Group including the country risk stewards, Group RC, across the region to support RC stewardship task. Constructive feedback of team members while collaborating with them in process of achieving stewardship objectives. Assist in creating maintaining an environment within the team which fosters free sharing of knowledge ideas developing soft skills and technical competency for self.Performance of stewardship tasks as per standards and provide risk recommendations.Deliver products that support the risk stewardship model and promote an active risk management culture within RC functionImplementation of tracking and oversight protocols to ensure stewardship recommendations are being shared on time, actioned where required.
