Principal Accountabilities

To get a robust Third-Party Digital Sales channel created in conjunction with the multiple stages teams involved for Personal Loans. End to end process flow management w.r.t. Sale for Personal Loans on Digital PlatformClose monitoring the performance management of the Vendor/Partners for the product under the basket of products allocated to the vendor.Ensure Quality of sales to target Disbursement. Ensure timely resolution of complaints and learnings used for process improvement.Liaising with Third Party Vendor/Partner to ensure smooth operations at Contact center. This involvesLogin HeadcountCampaign PlanningFunnel ManagementRegulate processes like OJT and Development PlanLogin Flow across All stages – CRU, CCR FOSFulfillment Process
