Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Senior Digital and Predictive Analyst
In this role, this resource would help working with large, disparate datasets, work with multiple data environments / tools, and become a subject matter expert with data and source systems used within various lines of business.
Responsibilities
Behavioral analysis of website and/or mobile app usage across full digital ecosystem including transactional commerce flows and content consumptionEmphasis on friction point and journey analysis in support of experience improvement, persona development, demand, and conversion optimization questionsPotentially participate in predictive analytics deliverables including data exploration and feature development Ability to independently coordinate with Cast resources, effectively communicate analytical methods and synthesize findingsQualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills· Bachelor’s degree in analytical/quantitative field – e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, engineering, etc.
· Relevant years of analytical and digital experience in relevant field
Primarily utilize Adobe toolsets (Workspace, CJA, etc.), but ability to work with raw and aggregate data in SQL would be idealPreferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Proficiency in, R, and/or Python programming languages
· Interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
· Ability to deliver work on-time
· Team player mentality
· “Get stuff done” approach
· Attentiveness to detail
· Desire to learn and grow with an organization
· Experience in hospitality and media industry is an advantage
"The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity."
