Assistant Manager - STP Job ID 191174 Posted 28-Oct-2024 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management, Property Management Location(s) Chennai - Tamil Nadu - India **Roles and Responsibilities:** + To ensure all STP/WTP related emergency equipment's are maintained well and available. + To control and monitor the preventive maintenance are carried out as per schedule. + Ensure all submission of reports/documents as per stipulated timeframe. + Conduct the subject related technical (workshop) training to supervisors/Technicians to enhance the competency & capability. + Hold periodic meetings with appointed service providers and concern team members as and when required including daily toolbox talk for the operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Collection Tank, Water Consumption for the Client, Chennai. + If any concerns / findings / audit observations by in-house or external agencies are noticed the take it up with all parties concerned for closure of such observation for compliance. + Evaluate the operations of the plant and equipment with respect to authorities’ compliance and in-line with client's Technical Team. + Prepare technical specifications and budget if any work carried out at the said area. + To monitor that all legal & Regulatory requirements are met in buildings under his control and non-compliances if any resolved immediately. + Any other task/responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.
