Assistant Manager - TA

· Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements within the aviation and airlines industry.

· Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top talent for various roles, including pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, and management positions.

· Utilize industry-specific networks and platforms to proactively source and engage potential candidates.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting Adani's commitment to professionalism and respect.

· Partner with HR and business stakeholders to assess workforce planning needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.

· Collaborate with the employer branding team to create compelling messaging and content that resonates with potential candidates.

Education Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Additional certifications in aviation recruitment or talent acquisition are highly desirable.

 

Experience:

· A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Aviation and Airlines industry.

· Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent at various levels within the aviation sector.
