Principal Responsibilities
Develop effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive personal loan growth for different customer groups/segments via different channelsMaintain high standard of marketing and communications, and deliver activities that adhere to the established marketing process and guidelinesSupport campaign development to ensure smooth implementation, and facilitate evaluation and review for continuous improvementsPerform analysis of targeted products / segments, competitive position and trendsSupport marketing budget management to facilitate effective deployment to enhance return on investmentLiaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives Demonstrate teamwork through positive approach and develop a close alignment with both internal and external stakeholders
