Overview To drive mental availability and iconic brands building among consumers, leads to provide 15+ top talents’ partnerships solutions each year, to manage 40+ talents’ related brand activities, support GCR brands growth to achieve 10 in 10 goal. Re-enforce talents’ potential risk management for preventing brands from image and budget lost. Responsibilities Lead Mirinda/Bev meal/Pepsi innovation platform(Nama Cola and Ccola) platform/ Lay’s Stax/LTO/ Innovation platforms/Gatorade( core and hydration)celebrity/KOL matrix initiatives across Greater China. Lead to support end to end channels by leveraging talent activities and solutions for KA(EC/O2O/Eatery/MT) for above brands/platforms. Explore and develop top talents partnerships on entertainment and sports platforms. Manage top talents content matrix: Lead to communicate and execute14 Brand X talents commercial content matrix: KV/TVC/Mini Movie/Weibo post//TikTok post/Little red seeding/TikTok livestreaming for sales/ little red live streaming for sales/Celebrity KOL owned IP concert/movie/drama series/end to end event/short video series, Managing budget : lead to manage with 40mm+ RMB per year. Top KOLs innovative cooperation piloting: Lead total snacks collective top KOL resource pool preparation and pilot KOL content cooperation for short term capitalization and seek opportunity to scale up. Qualifications University degree with 5+ years working experience in commercial content/talent related field Act as owner and be proud of being part of PepsiCo F&B talent management capability and experience Strong negotiation skill with great patience Strong multi-tasking excellent execution capability Positive mindset, positive personality, can-do attitude, iron-minded determination Strong will to learn and self-interation Fluent in both Mandarin and English
