As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will act as a trusted member of the marketing team and directly support the Marketing Manager. We’re looking for a hard working,
multitasking, detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support our Marketing Team in building and executing a range of marketing activities (from in-person events to

What you will do

Support Marketing Team’s activities and contribute ideas to enhance activitiesManage ongoing work with marketing suppliers (agency, design, printing, translation, etc) Manage ongoing work with marketing suppliers (agency, design, printing, translation,etc), Assist with content generation for online marketing activities Collect data and analyze the impact and ROI of the marketing team’s activities – events/seminars/webinars, digital activities Assist with email marketing activities if necessary Maintain and build relationship with internal sales organization

What we look for

Proven track record of supporting and coordinating a broad range of marketing activities in a fast-paced environment  Strong Japanese communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills – for dealing with partners Strong prioritization, organization, and project/time management skills  Analytical and data-driven. (Strong Excel capabilities are a plus) Experience with marketing platforms (preferably Salesforce, Hubspot and/or Google Analytics) - or willing to learn Experience with Web creation (preferably understanding HTML and CSS) – or willing to learn Experience with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, video-editing, etc.) is a plus Team player with excellent communication skills (pro-active reporting to manager, and coordination with other team members) Highly-organized, and self-sufficient  Comfortable with ambiguity and a great problem solver (a plus) Business-level English capability for global reporting (a plus)
